Fitness Classes

We offer a wide range of exercise classes to suit all ages and abilities. They run on a weekly basis throughout the year, so you can be fully flexible with your attendance, and enjoy a variety of exercises to suit your lifestyle. Full members are free and casual members can pay by the session at the prices listed below. We welcome first timers and new members to any and every session. There is no need to book in to any of our classes, just turn up and get your ticket from reception and you are ready to enjoy the class.

AQUACISE

Mondays – 9:45-10:30

BODY-PUMP

Mondays – 17:45-18:45

Thursday – 18:00-18:45

Saturday – 9:00-10:00
